The Right Operator

Here are several key points to guide and assist those blessed individuals preparing to perform Hajj.
How can I find the best tour operator for my needs?
First and foremost, you’re on the right website! Still, it’s wise to ensure that your tour operator fulfills the following points:
# Is the tour approved by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India?
# How many pilgrims were allotted to it for Hajj by the Ministry last year and this year?
# How many reservations have been completed so far, and what is your status in the queue?
Please remember that only officially registered tour operators are allowed to take pilgrims according to their allotted quota. Visas are issued strictly based on the sanctioned quota, meaning that operators cannot exceed their designated limits. Unregistered tour operators may purchase visas from others, placing an extra financial burden on pilgrims, or, even worse, they may cancel the entire tour, crushing the hopes of those looking to perform Hajj.
What type of accommodation should I consider?
During the peak season when millions gather from around the globe, it is essential to find a hotel that feels like home. Be sure to look for the following amenities that your hotel may offer.
# The type of accommodation available in Makkah Muazzama Mukarramah, including hotels, apartments, buildings, or villas.
# Is the accommodation located near or far away from the Great Mosque?
# What is the star rating of the hotel/apartment, such as 5-Star, 4-Star, 3-Star, or no star?
# How many lifts are available compared to the number of guests?
# Is there a dining hall in the accommodation, and if not, where will meals be provided?
# Is laundry service included, or will there be additional charges for it?
Laundry Facilities
Ensuring your clothes are clean and hygienic is crucial for your health. Kindly assess your operator according to the following conditions:
# Does the tour operator offer complimentary laundry service?
# Is the laundry service unlimited, or is it provided in the form of coupons?
# If the service is coupon-based, how many coupons will be provided?
This is to confirm that the coupons given by the tour operator are not used up just for washing the Ihrams.
What are Shifting and Non-Shifting Hajj Packages?
Non-Shifting Hajj Package:
You will enjoy your stay in a luxurious hotel located very close to the Haram throughout the Hajj period, ensuring maximum comfort and minimizing any hardships. Many of our previous clients have reported that this arrangement enhances their Ibadat, allowing them to focus more on the spiritual aspects rather than everyday concerns.
Shifting Hajj Package:
The shifting package, which is gaining popularity among operators, involves staying at a distance from the Haram during the peak Hajj season in exchange for lower costs. Distances can range from 3 km to 10 km. However, Hajis typically stay closer to the Haram before and after the peak season, specifically before the 1st of Zil Hijjah and after the 15th of Zil Hijjah. This type of package is referred to as the Aziziah or Shifting Package.
# Is your accommodation provided in a hotel, an apartment, or a villa?
# Are there beds or mattresses provided in the room?
# How many guests will be sharing a room?
# Is the bathroom private or shared among multiple rooms?
# How close is the taxi drop-off point, and how much walking is required to get to the Haram or your accommodation?
The Five Days of Hajj
The highlight of the Hajj pilgrimage is the five days spent in Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah. During these significant days, pilgrims experience staying in tents and on plain ground. To facilitate a seamless experience, it is essential for pilgrims to thoroughly assess the facilities offered by their tour operator.
# What is the name and contact number of the Mu'allim, and how far is the tent from Jamarat?
# Is there a responsible and experienced representative from the tour operator present with you throughout your days in Mina and Arafat, or are they only occasionally visible?
# Will you get the tent numbers for your stay in Mina in advance?
# Will the tour organizer assist you in securing space, or will you need to make adjustments in the tents yourself?
# Will food, beverages, and mineral water, etc. be provided during your stay in Mina?
# During the 5 days of Hajj, is transportation managed by the Moallim or the tour organizer?
# If the tour organizer handles transportation, what services are included?
#For transportation during Hajj (Makkah, Muazzama, Mina, Arafat), what is the capacity of each bus for Hajis? Will you be able to sit inside, or will you have to stand or even ride on the rooftops?
# Will there be a group leader on each bus to assist and guide the Hajis?
# During the Rami at the Jamarat, will the tour operator accompany you in a group, or will you need to navigate on your own? (This helps prevent getting lost in the crowd.)
# During the Ziyarat (Tawaf-e-Ziyarat), does the tour organizer provide food arrangements at locations, Makkah Muazzama Mukarramah and Mina?
# Once the Hajj rituals are complete, who will handle your luggage as you travel back to Makkah Muazzama from Mina?
Airlines
# What airlines will you be using for your travel?
# Is your flight to Jeddah or Madinah Munawwarah a direct flight, or does it have a stopover? If there is a stopover, how long will it last?
# If the stopover is lengthy, will you get a hotel room, or will you have to spend your time in the airport lounge?
# Will your tickets for both the departure and return journeys be confirmed?
# Will your return journey from Madinah Munawwarah be a direct flight, or will you need to travel back to Jeddah by bus?
Healthcare Facility
In the occurrence of sickness:
# Will there be a qualified physician and medical facilities available?
